The young Croatian U-17 team drew (2:2) with Denmark in the second appearance at the European Championship in Cyprus.

After the opening goalless draw against Austria, Marijan Budimir’s team scored the second point in Group B in a match in which they first caught up with the Danes thanks to Abildgaard’s goal (36′).

At the end of the first and beginning of the second half, thanks to the goals of Patrice Čović (41′) and Noa Mikić (47′), Croatia reversed the result. Mikić’s goal after a great solo breakthrough and an indefensible shot from the edge of the penalty area was especially striking. Mikić, on the other hand, was an assistant before the first goal.

Unfortunately, in the 60th minute, Risnaes luckily and deftly managed to equalize the result, bowing his head at the second post after a cross from the corner.
