Croatia and Poland played a friendly match, and in one half, Croatia “destroyed” Poland, which was leading at halftime. Croatia defeated the national team that played in the semi-finals at Eurobasket. And before the end of the game, Croatia had a 20-point difference.

The coach Josip Sesar left out Goran Filipović, Boris Tišma and Antonio Jordan. The opening of the game was not good for Croatia, but quickly things fell into place. Domination under the basket was established by Ivica Zubac, while Mario Hezonja managed to show his attacking arsenal.

Poland led in the first half, and went to the break with a score of 34:35 in favor of the visitors. However, even though he had three personal errors, he performed very well in the rest of the game. That’s when Croatia took the lead and didn’t let it go until the end of the game.

Poland struggled and had a hard time stopping Zubac and Hezonja, and Jaleen Smith and Borna Kapusta, who did a quality job in the position of playmaker. Croatia left a very good impression, and the next game of Croatian basketball players is against Brazil on Wednesday.
