In the fight for medals in The Hague, it means a trip to Paris
Šime and Mihovil Fantela are Croatian sailors who will compete in Paris at the Olympic Games. At the World Championship in the Netherlands, they secured participation in the Olympic Games in the 49er class.
The Fantela brothers are fighting for medals in the 49er class. They currently have 104 negative points and are 28 negative points behind the leading Swiss. Ten crews of that class qualified for the Medal Race, and they won the Olympic Games.
For Fantela, this is the second Olympic Games they will perform. They will perform among 20 national crews. This will be Njhiv’s coach Edo Fantela’s fifth appearance at the Olympic Games.
