FUTSAL DINAMO IN THE UEFA FUTSAL CHAMPIONS LEAGUE FOR FIRST TIME

This year, the Champions League is in Zagreb. Again. After a convincing victory against MNK Osijek with a result of 4:0, Futsal Dinamo expects to play in the Champions League. For the first time in its history, the Zagreb club will play in the Champions League

From October 24th to October 27th, Futsal Dinamo will play in the UEFA Futsal Champions League. Futsal Dinamo will play against the Swedish club Örebro and the Polish champion Lubawa in the iconic hall of KC Dražen Petrović, which is attributed to the great Aleksnadar Petrović even though he is not the owner, and the last match will be played against the Montenegrin club Titograd.

Futsal Dinamo, as national champion, together with Olmissum, will represent Croatia in the elite European futsal competition. They start their journey in the Main Round of the Champions League. Futsal Dinamo is the host of one of the groups and will play in KC Dražen Petrović. The last time Futsal Dinamo played in KC Dražen Petrović was against MNK Olmissum. Then they won the championship by winning the series 3-1.

The national champions open the Champions League on Tuesday, October 24, against the Swedish champions Örebro, while a day later they will play against the Polish champions Lubaw. They will play their last game on Friday, October 27, against Montenegrin club Titograd. The first matches every day start at 4 pm, and Futsal Dinamo plays its matches starting at 7 pm.

MNK Olmissum opens its Champions League round on Wednesday with a match against Ayat from Kazakhstan, and a day later they play against the Ukrainian club HIT from Kyiv, and on Saturday they close their group against the famous Portuguese club Sporting from Lisbon. MNK Olmissum play their matches at 20:00.

From the group played by Futsal Dinamo, only the winner of the group passes, while three teams pass from Olimissum’s group. If they advance, both clubs will play in the Elite round of the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
